For over 45 years, Exens Solutions (formerly Cobham Microwave) has been a leading designer and manufacturer of radio frequency and hyper frequency components and subsystems for mission-critical applications in demanding environments, including space, defense, and medical applications.

Exens Solutions' products are qualified and embedded in satellite payloads, radars and radio communication equipment, as well as in medical MRI equipment. These components and subsystems are used worldwide for large institutional customers, integrators or equipment manufacturers (essential communications, precise geolocation).

The company is based in Paris region (Les Ulis) and employs nearly 200 people on 3 sites.

Bertin Technologies is a French scientific instrumentation manufacturer that designs and manufactures measurement, observation and detection systems and instruments for critical applications. Created in 1945, UTAC is the leading French inspection and testing company dedicated to automotive industry. It delivers a complete range of automotive technical tests in the fields of safety, environment and reliability, from vehicle development through to type approval.
It is also the technical expert for the French authorities in European and international bodies for the development of automotive regulations.
The group employs nearly 500 people and is present in France, China, Japan and the UK.
